Kim Kardashian was photographed heading out to lunch at Stanley’s in Sherman Oaks, with her mom (not photographed) and shooting scenes for thier reality series yesterday (May 16).
The pregnant socialite rocked Givenchy head to toe. Her white fitted open sleeve midi dress looked comfortable and relax.
On the other hand, its obvious the mom-to-be is refusing to let her swollen feet get in the way of rocking her designer duds… stuffing them in these hot Givenchy albertina podium heels.
Its looks uncomfortable… but I have a confession – although I’ve never been pregnant – I’m guilty of squeezing my big a** planks in designer heels for the sake of fashion and style. So I get it, Kim. I really do!

Kim Kardashian must have been floating on cloud 15 when she got an invite to Vogue’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour home for a private party and was given the OK to attend the most prestigious night in fashion, the annual Met Gala with her boyfriend Kanye West last Monday night (May 6).
But the ultimate slap in the face came when Ms Kardashian was was cropped out of a photo while holding hands with Kanye, who was named one of the night’s best dressed, in the Special Edition Best Dressed gallery.
Ouch!
Both Kim and Kanye were dressed in Givenchy – but Kim went overboard when wore a curtain or couch-like floral design with matching gloves and shoes.

Beyonce rocked a custom made Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci outfit (head to toe, including matching shoes) to the 2013 Met Gala in NYC last night (May 6) – The Costume Institute Gala’s theme was “Punk: Chaos to Couture.”
The 31-yr-old entertainer who took a break from her “Mrs Carter Show World tour” was the honorary charwoman of the event, and completed her look with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
Inside, Beyonce mingled with Madonna, Kim Kardashian, Chanel Iman and more…

Jennifer Lopez gave a little bit of High fashion and punk rock at last evening’s 2013 MET Gala. The Latina superstar rocked a skintight animal print Michael Kors creation which she accented with Dana Rebecca Designs earrings and a Rona Pfeiffer ring.
Her body is always on point, makeup flawless and the hair defies gravity. What’s not to love?!!!

Amar’e Stoudemire and his pregnant wife arrived at the Costume Institute Gala for the “PUNK: Chaos to Couture” exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art last night (May 6), in New York City.
The NY Knicks forward wore a custom Calvin Klein Collection tuxedo and his pregnant wife Alexis Welch in John Baptiste Valle.

Nicole Richie was fierce with her newly dyed hair at the 2013 MEt Gala last night (May 6) in New York City.
The 31-yr-old wore a Topshop high-neck long sleeve fully embroidered column gown, Vero Cuoio shoes, a vintage silver Francesca Pepe ring and a House of Harlow 1960 clutch.
And even bad girl Rihanna tweeted her stamp of approval for Nicole’s bold punk-rock look and crowned her best dressed, “This bitch makes me throw up!!#bestdressed #2013metgala @nicolerichie,” she tweeted

Leave it to Madonna to arrive in true Punk Fashion at the 2013 MET Gala last night (May 6) at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC.
