Diddy Celebrates Son’s First UCLA Game [Video]
Diddy is one proud dad. There’s no denying… just check his twitter page and you’ll see photos and messages about his children.
Over the weekend, his first born Justin Combs hit the field for the first time as a member the UCLA Football team. As you may recall, there were some controversy over the FULL athletic scholarship that the University awarded the 18-yr-old. Some believed that the son of the richest rapper in the business should not be granted a $54,000 scholarship. But UCLA fired back at those critics, stating that athletic scholarships are not based on finance but on athletic ability.
Proud parents Diddy and Misa Hylton sat and watched Justin in uniform as a UCLA Bruin.
“We’re here and this feeling that we feel of you child accomplishing something that they worked hard for, that you instill in them as parents, can’t be expressed in words,” Diddy said in the video.

Justin Combs on His Athletic Scholarship Controversy: “I put that work in PERIOD”
Some California residents are upset that Diddy’s son Justin Combs was awarded a full athletic scholarship to play football at UCLA.
The argument is that, since Justin’ father is worth millions and millions of dollars, “the family should pay for his schooling regardless of his athletic skills that led to the scholarship offer.”
Officials at UCLA have defended their decision to award the “cornerback, saying he is worthy of receiving one of the couple of dozen or so football scholarships it hands out annually.”
Justin took to twitter and defended his hard work saying, “Regardless what the circumstances are, I put that work in!!!! PERIOD. He added. “Regardless of what you do in life every1 is gonna have their own opinion. Stay focused, keep that tunnel vision & never 4get why u started.” No word yet from Diddy
