Married couple Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are featured in RÉMY MARTIN® V.S.O.P cognac’s first television spot in the U.S.
The commercial which is called “Staircases,” features the “Lost Without You” singer pursuing the “Mission Impossible 3″ actress dressed in a Versace gown, as she slinks through a party at a mansion.
Here’s what the couple had to share
“Rémy Martin is the epitome of glamour and luxury to me,” said Patton. “I’m honored to tell this elegant and seductive story for Rémy Martin and spend time collaborating with my husband, while celebrating a brand I’ve always admired.”

Paula Patton is gorgeous in a strapless Vera Wang rose quartz silk gown at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s 2012 Costume Institute Gala last evening May 7 in New York City.
The 36-year-old “Mission Impossible” actress completed he look with flawless makeup, over-sized matching earrings and a metallic clutch.
This year’s Gala celebrates the museum’s new exhibit, Miuccia Prada and Elsa Schiaparelli: Impossible Conversations.

Paula Patton finally addresses those pregnancy rumors in the latest issue of Uptown Magazine.
Here’s what the ‘Mission Impossible’ actress had to share.
On those recent pregnancy rumors: “The truth is that I feel like it’d be selfish for me to have another child. I love motherhood, but being able to be a wife to my husband and have a relationship is important to me. Everybody with kids knows it can’t ever be what it was in terms of your time together. Also I think: happy mom and dad, happy baby.”
On her fear of monotony: “There’s something about Broadway [that plays on] my biggest fear: monotony. What I love about filmmaking is that whatever work you do that day is in the can, like a piece of performance art. You did it, you’re in the moment, and you can’t take it back. It’s done, you move on. The idea of doing the same thing night after night, two shows a day, that would just kill my spirit.” More >

When asked why she loves fashion, the ‘Mission Impossible,’ actress said, “It’s fun to get dressed up everyday, and we should do it more often. It’s not just for other people, it’s for yourself. It puts you in a better mood and it’s a way to express yourself artistically every day.”
On the type of transformative tunes she tends to listen to on photo shoots or in her trailer on set: “It puts you in a place,” she said citing jazz songstresses Della Reese and Ella Fitzgerald. “I also like to listen to a lot of Brazilian music. It has a sexiness to it and it also sort of transports you to the beach and makes you feel more relaxed.”
On learning over the years that building a wardrobe is all about investment: “I have learned through the ages to spend by money on things that are timeless. I make my fun purchases here and there. But when buying bags and even shoes I try to think about it in a long-term way.”

On if she would make a good spy in real life: “I think i’d be fairly good, excerpt I’m too emotional. I can keep secrets, I like wearing disguises and pretending to be people I’m not, not faking being in love with someone would be too hard.”
On doing her own stunts: “I know Tom does his own, so I was like, ‘I have to do that, too!’ I think the audience feels more engaged and excited when they know you’re doing what’s on-screen.”
On if being married to singer/songwriter Robin Thicke the ultimate job to woo women: “It’s not bad. It doesn’t hurt. He’s dedicated tracks to me in the past – which he should! If he dedicates them to another woman, he’ll be in trouble.”
