First Lady Michele Obama covers the April 2013 issue of VOGUE magazine.

Here’s what the First Lady had to share about raising Malia and Sasha: “Well, the environment becomes more elastic. The Secret Service has to change the way they do things; they have to become more flexible. And they do. Because they want to make sure that these girls are happy and that they have a normal life. . . . There’s a lot of energy that goes into working with staff, working with agents, working with friends’ parents to figure out how do we, you know, let these kids go to the party and have a sleepover and walk through the city on their own, go to the game. Any parent knows that these are the times when you’re just a scheduler and chauffeur for your kids. And that doesn’t change for us. Ninety percent of our conversation is about these girls: What are they doing? And who’s got what practice? And what birthday party is coming up? And did we get a gift for this person? You know, I mean, it is endless and it gets to be pretty exhausting, and if you take your eye off the ball, that’s when their lives become inelastic,” she says emphatically. “So it requires us to be there and be present so that we can respond and have the system respond to their needs. . . . And he’s doing it while still dealing with Syria and health care. He’s as up on every friend, every party, every relationship. . . . And if you’re out at dinner every night, you miss those moments where you can check in and just figure them out when they’re ready to share with you.” More >

President Obama Returns To The White House!!

Barack-and-Michelle-Obama

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama returned back to the White House where they will live for another four years after successfully defeating Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election.

This was probably one of the best celebrations in American history…

It must be hard for people like Donald Trump, Ann CoulterBill O’ReillyRush Limbaugh, Fox News, Mitch McConnell, The Tea party and all those right wings individuals to accept Obama won a second term… lol  - These people used their platform to disrespect Obama, plot for months to see him fail and to make him a one-term president… it didn’t work. So now they’re blaming each other, saying it’s media bias and making some other outrageous claims.

Enjoy the photos of The First Family leaving Chicago and returning to the White House in DC!!!! More >

President Obama Thanks Supporters In Reelection Victory Speech [Video]

Obama-wins1

After months of campaigning, after all the rallies, and millions of dollars in ads, President Obama emerged victorious after winning the popular vote and almost every one of the 12 crucial battleground states.

“We are an American family, we rise and fall together as one nation, as one people,” Obama said during his victory speech in Chicago last night. “For the United States of America, the best is yet to come.”

The Commander-In-Cheif won the swing states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Michigan, Colorado, Virginia, Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada and Wisconsin. He also won the Electoral vote by a landslide, 303-206.

Obama thanked every American who voted, including his campaign team. He also said he looked forward to sitting down with his Republican rival [Mitt Romney] “to talk about where we can work together to move this country forward.”

“To the best campaign team and volunteers in the history of politics. The best. The best ever. Some of you were new this time around, and some of you have been at my side since the very beginning. But all of you are family. No matter what you do or where you go from here, you will carry the memory of the history we made together and you will have the lifelong appreciation of a grateful president. Thank you for believing all the way, through every hill, through every valley. You lifted me up the whole way and I will always be grateful for everything that you’ve done and all the incredible work that you put in.”
