After a bitter court battle between Usher Raymond and his ex wife Tameka Raymond over custody of their two young children, the R&B singer scored a big victory few hours ago.

The 34-yr-old entertainer was awarded primary custody of 5-yr-old Usher Raymond V, and 4yr-old Naviyd Raymond.

In court, Tameka said Usher was an “absentee” father because of his career and Usher said Tameka was “inattentive and irresponsible” - TMZ reports.

The ex-couple married in 2007 and got divorced two years later.

Tameka will have some custodial rights but it remains unclear to what extent.
