Trey Songz

On liking all women, all kinds of hair, even tracks“I do understand women and their hair. If you got tracks, baby, I understand. It’s an easier process for you.”

On his videos: “I always try to find darker women for my videos… Like, for younger girls who always see light skin, I always try to find women of color, especially in the meaningful videos… Kelly’s a beautiful reflection of black beauty. You know what I mean?”

On his awkward looking phase: “My grandmama would say, ‘You is handsome, baby. You know you handsome!’ I mean, I didn’t always think I was attractive. When I was young, I went through a funny looking phase. I was looking crazy.”

On his confidence: “No really though. I have always been confident in who I am. I think one of the most attractive traits anybody could have is to be confident and to really know who he or she is. But when people think you’re some kind of sex god, you know, it is a bit flattering. And sometimes, a bit overwhelming. It’s like, well,… I will deal with it.”

Kelly Rowland:

On her awkward looking phase: “The size of the slit in your earrings is probably the size I was with a head, glasses and huge freaking feet. I didn’t find myself attractive at all. In the South, all the girls are stacked. They got boobs. They got these tiny waists, and they got butts. I ain’t got none of that.”

On embracing her 30s“I think when I knew it was coming and when I turned 30, it just felt good to embrace it. I was afraid of it for a moment. Then it was like something reigned over me. I felt like a woman, and that felt good. It felt good to say goodbye to my 20s and hello to my 30s.”

On her upcoming album: “If people thought “Motivation” was sexy, this one surpasses it. I mean, from the sexiness of the record and how it feels good in your bones, everything feels so right, as far as the sound is concerned.”

On her sexy appeal thanks to “pump camp” – (a dance class where the ladies don high heels and make love to themselves in the mirror-to music, of course: “Its’s just beautiful when you start to look in the mirror and [really] appreciate a woman. It’s not even about looking at myself. It’s thinking about a woman and how she can walk into a room and take over the whole room. Dance just brings that out. We are beautifully, wonderfully made.”

Also on the list: Rihanna, Chris Brown and Drake. Also Beyonce, Angela Bassett, Halle, Janet, Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, T.I. Idris Elba, Amber Rose, Jennifer Hudson… just to name a few.
