Check the photos and some excepts from their interview.

Kelly Rowland on her friendship with Beyonce: “My friendship with Bey hasn’t changed since she became a mother, there’s just a new element to it. Now we can’t walk past a baby store without going in.”

On picking up the award for TV personality: ”I’m absolutely honored. GLAMOUR is one of my favorite magazines. This is really cool – especially the fact that it’s voted for by the British public.”

On future plans: “I’d love to do more TV, and I want to write a movie. I’ve also been in the studio for two months working on a new album. I can do it all – you never know what I’ll turn my hand to next!”

Viola Davis

Viola Davis on Meryl Steep winning the 2012 Oscar: “I was vey happy for her. I believe she deserved it and they got it right.”

On winning GLAMOUR’s Film Actress of the Year award: “It is absolutely exciting and humbling to win.”

On the public’s response to the movie The Help: “You create something and you don’t know how it’s going to be received. So I was shocked at the level of love for it. I really thought it could go either way.”

On future plans: “I want my narrative, or the narrative of people of color, to be strong and equal to the talent of the actor. I want to create great characters and stories on the screen for actors of color.”

Eva Longoria

On her busy schedule: “I find you have a lot more time than you think, and people waste a lot of time… I’m also studying for my Masters [in Chicano Studies and Political Science at Cal State University], so doing all that and going back to school, as well as being an activist, is a lot. But I find that time.”

On what she has learned about love: “Love is a journey and love evolves. I’d rather have loved and lost than never have loved at all. I just think you should fall in love as many times as you can, because it’s such a beautiful experience.”

Jessica Alba

On traveling to London to collect her GLAMOUR Entrepreneur of the year: “If I’m going to be away from my children, it has to be doing something I feel great about.”

On the concept of her business: “It was so difficult to find affordable, non-toxic baby products that I decides it was a huge social injustice. I wanted to create a company that fixed that.”

On the eco-friendly products: I tested our all-purpose cleaner on my grill.”

On putting her movie career on hold to focus on the business: “I’m not getting paid a bunch of money to endorse that. I was actually losing money by not doing other things.”

Jessie J

On her success in a mere 18 months: “There have been so many professional highlights. But headlining at the O2 and being the first UK female to have six Top 10 singles from one album has to be up there. I was so shocked when I was told that.”

On the media: “The media will always try to twist things and build you up to rip you down. It’s a matter of staying focused and ignoring the negativity. Everyone will always have something to say, I just don’t read it. Simple.”

On working with fellow The Voice UK judge will.i.am: ” He’s someone who has taught me so much in such a short space of time. He has great energy and has and has made me see you can have longevity and conisitency, but it comes with hard work and passion. He’s wonderful.”

Dionne Warwick

On being awarded GLAMOUR Icon of the year: “That’s something to be said by other people.”

On campaigning against hunger: “There should be no reason for anyone at all in our world to go with out food.”

On the secret of her longevity in the business: “I’ve stayed who I am, and I still get a thrill every night on stage.”

Sofia Vegara

Soifa Vegara on her trip to London to pick up her award for GLAMOUR Comedy Actress: “I love everything about London. I love the pople because they have such a great sense of humor. And the food is amazing. The moment I arrive in London, I look for the closest place with fish and chips.”

On the main challenge when venturing around the city: “The accent! When I go to the UK it takes me a couple of days to start understanding what people are saying because I’m so used to the American accent.”

On her Modern family co-stars: “All of my cast-mates [makes me laugh] Ed, Julie, Ty, Eric, Jessie all of the kids. We have so much fun on the set and they are always making me laugh. I can’t wait to start shooting the fourth season.”
