Sometime ago, Jermaine Paul left his back-up singing job with Alicia Keys to audition for NBC hit singing contest show The Voice, because he was determined to venture out as a solo artist. 

Can we say mission accomplished… because Jermaine WON season 2.

Jermaine (Team Blake) beat crowd favorite Juliet Simms (Team Cee Lo) who came in second with Tony Lucca (Team Adam) third and Chris Mann (Team Christina) fourth.
