Halle Berry was spotted out for brunch with beau Olivier Martinez and daughter Nahla today Jan. 29.

The oscar winner who injured her foot while filming her most recent movie Cloud Atlas, wore a hand painted cast as she made her way inside The Little Door restaurant on crutches. 

Meanwhile, Halle’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has agreed to enroll in an anger management class after he was accused of shoving his former nanny.

Last Friday, Gabriel met with Halle and officials from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services and agreed to the recommendation.

TMZ reports that a law enforcement source close to the investigation said, ”Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it.”
