Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon debuted their adorable twins, son Moroccan and daughter Monroe on 20/20 during an exclusive interview with Barbara Walters last evening Oct 21.

This was Roc and Roe first public appearance, since entering this harsh and cruel world 6 months ago. During the interview Mariah spoke candidly about her difficulty getting pregnant and says she became more Zen-like and used acupuncture to relax, and also underwent fertility treatments to try to get pregnant again.

“The main thing I did that was tough, was to go on progesterone like every month… and then when I was pregnant, I had to stay with the progesterone for 10 weeks. It minimizes the chance of miscarriage by 50 percent.”
