As part of the Blu-ray and DVD release for the high-stakes, adrenaline-pumping blockbuster hit ‘Fast Five,’ Tyrese Gibson and Jordana Brewster attend the NASCAR Fast Five 225 at Chicagoland Speedway on Sept 16 in Joliet, Illinois.

The co-stars jump start the explosive triple header weekend as Grand Masters in Chicago and signed autographs for adoring fans. Tyrese, whose new album Open Invitation will be released Nov 1, sang the national anthem. 

“Fast Five” sponsored the race and called it “Fast Five 225″  in honor of the film’s Blue Ray and DVD release October 4.  

“The combination of Fast Five and NASCAR is sure to be a huge thrill for race fans,” said Universal Studios Home Entertainment president Craig Kornblau. “No two brands are bigger crowd pleasers or deliver a better action-packed, edge-of-your-seat racing experience.”

FAST FIVE will be released in a never-before-seen Extended Edition on Blu-ray and DVD Combo Packs, DVD, Digital Download and On Demand.
