Samuel L Jackson will reunite with director Quentin Tarantino for his upcoming film Django Unchained

The 62-yr-old actor will play the role of a house slave and right-hand man of a slavemaster. Jamie Foxx recently confirmed his lead role as the title character, Django, a freed slave who teams up with a German bounty hunter to take on an evil plantation owner, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, to get back his lost love, played by Kerry Washington.

The film has not yet announced a release date or filming schedule, as this will mark Jackson‘s fifth collaboration with Tarantino. The duo previously worked on Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown and Kill Bill vol. 2, as well as providing narration duties for Inglorious Basterds.
