It was a mini reunion last evening when Lauryn Hill reunited with former bandmate Pras Michel onstage at the Rock the Bells Festival on Governors Island in New York on Saturday (Sept 3).

The “Zion” singer was one of the headlining acts at the festival and performed her classic album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill in its entirety. At one point, she brought her former bandmate Pras to the stage and preformed several Fugees hits. 

“Just got off the stage with Miss Lauryn Hill we rock the stage on rock the bells, clef where you at?” Pras tweeted.

Lauryn closed her set with Killing Me Softly and brought her young kids out to wave to the crowd.

Erykah Badu rocked the mic and performed material from her debut Baduizm - Nas, Talib Kweli, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan, Cypress Hill, Mob Deep and others all performed at the day-long music festival.
