In a very rare interview, Lauryn Hill recentlysat down to discuss her hit debut album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

In the video, for the “Classic Albums by Classic Artists,” which is being presented by Reebok and Rock the Bells, the “The Sweetest Thing” singer opened up about what that album meant to her while she was making it and why it went on to become a classic.

Lauryn revealed, “If anything, it was just about learning how to really trust my individual voice…I made a piece of music from a sincere place and I think that sincerity has no choice but to resonate with people.”
