Just days before Valentines Day, more and more couples are going their separate ways…

Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from husband Pete Wentz.

The 26-year-old entertainer cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce, according to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court. Ashlee is asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Bronx.

Sources report that Ashlee and Pete, who married in May of 2008, did not have a prenuptial agreement.

Jude Law and Sienna Miller have split.

Awww, I like these two as a couple!

A spokesperson said, “I can confirm that Jude Law and Sienna Miller are no longer in a relationship. It is mutual and amicable and they are still friends,” a friend told People, adding, “It was an entirely an end-of-the relationship decision. It had run its course.”

The surprise announcement comes just two months after the couple allegedly bought a $10million love nest in London amid rumors they were planning to marry.

Jude, 38, and Sienna, 29, met on the set of the film Alfie in 2003 and were engaged to be married in late 2004 but have been on-again-off-again ever since.

Tron star Olivia Wilde, 26, and her husband Tao Ruspoll, 35, have “mutually agreed to separate,” after eight years of marriage.

The actress’s representative confirmed the news but no further information surrounding their separation has been made available.

“They have been living apart after trying for quite some time to make their relationship work,” a source told People.

Olivia and the Italian prince – whose family owns Rome’s Palazzo Ruspoli – eloped when she was 18-yrs-old.  They officially tied the knot on a school bus in Virginia.

Basketball Wives TV personality Jennifer Williams has confirmed she is officially divorcing her husband NBA player Eric Williams.

After over three years of marriage, numerous cheating allegations, a possible love child and endless talk from the reality couple about calling it quits, Jennifer tells Life & Style she plans to make their split official in the next couple of weeks

“It’s a new year and I just want to put this behind me,” Jennifer tells Life & Style exclusively. “He doesn’t know exactly when I’m going to do it. He’s just waiting for me to pull the trigger. I really wanted it to work and believed he would change. This whole lifestyle is dysfunctional; it’s not a typical marriage. The bad just started to outweigh the good.  I just want to live comfortably and move on, get it over with.  I definitely will not put up with this type of behavior ever again!”

About the rumors a love child that surfaced last summer:

“I wasn’t distraught about it, but I really felt bad for the child.”
